Come and join us for the inaugural Voidspace Unconference this November at Theatre Deli’s brand new Hackney Central location!
Meet fellow interactive arts and playable performance enthusiasts at the world’s most affordable* immersive-interactive arts conference.
Unconferences are community conferences led by and for their participants.
An unconference has no fixed agenda, no keynote speakers and no panels.
Everybody’s voice matters: the programme is created by the people in the room, on the day.
Voidspace Unconference is a pot luck for ideas.
It’s an opportunity to gather together on equal footing, exploring ideas with curiosity and care in a relaxed, low stakes format.
If you’re interested in the world of the Voidspace in any way – be it as newbie or old hand, creator, participant or player – you are welcome.
If you want to share your experience, your passion, your soapbox topics and questions – you can guarantee an audience of fellow nerds to share them with.
If you want to come along to see what’s on offer and participate in whatever sessions others bring, you will be enthusiastically welcomed to get stuck in and join in the conversation.
Maybe you have a skill you’d like to teach, or experience you’d like to share, with your fellow artists.
Maybe there’s a topic you’re passionate about that you’re itching to share.
Maybe you have a question to put to the community.
Maybe you want to playtest a WIP.
Maybe you’re looking for some people to finally play that weird little game with, or for something else entirely.
Whatever is is you want to share, now’s your chance!
Join us in The Void, holding space for the big and small questions about the art and community we know and love.
Tickets are PWYC, with a suggested donation of £7.50 to help contribute to resources and Deli staffing costs.
*(we’re pretty certain!)
