Studio 6, 2pm
Running time: 80 mins

An interactive adventure about how we choose to rest, energy management and taking care of a querulous umbrella plant. Named Sven.
You play an avatar with an Energy Limiting Chronic Illness navigating an everyday-made-fantastical world where bedrooms become swamps and will o’the wisps burn through brain fog.
A Quest for Rest is a joyful, playful, collaborative piece of storytelling about discovering shared languages, holding embodied experiences and understandings of mutual care.
